How long before training time do I need to be there?
For both Personal Training and Fitness Classes participants should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled beginning time.
How many people will be in each class?
26 people are able to attend each fitness class.
What happens if it rains?
Participants in the Boxing/Fitness Classes will be notified of class cancellation by 11am on the day of training.
Personal Training clients will be notified via text message should inclement weather force training to be abandoned.
How long are the classes, PT, Group Fitness Camp training session?
- Tuesday Morning - 1 Hour
- Wednesday/Friday Lunch - 40 minutes
- Personal Training sessions are 1 hour in length.
- Group Sessions are 1 hour in length.
- Fitness Camps are 1 hour in length.
What equipment will I need?
Boxing/Fitness Classes: Participants are encouraged to bring their own boxing gloves and boxing/cricket inners. Should participants
not have boxing gloves there are some available to use in the short term. Boxing/Cricket inners can be purchased from Rebel
Sports, A-Mart, All Sports or Hart Sport, check out their relevant web sites. Participants are also encouraged to wear a hat, bring a
towel and also a water bottle.
Personal Training - Hat, towel and a water bottle is the only equipment required for Personal Training sessions.
What clothing should I wear?
Participants are advised to wear loose fitting, breathable clothing to ensure comfort while training. Females are also advised to wear
a sports bra when training.
