Rush Hour Personal Training is offering a 12 week online health and fitness program. Whether you want to
lose weight, tone up, eat healthier or just feel fantastic, this is the program for you! You will be given everything
needed to start, finish and continue your journey to a healthier you!
Advice will be provided by 2 specialist trainers who are here to help you achieve what ever target you set yourself.

Pete Peterson has been in the fitness industry
for over 12 years. Pete has a degree in Human
Movement Science and also teaches a variety
of Les Mills Group Fitness classes. Pete, a
qualified Personal Trainer brings a wealth of
experience in the areas of nutrition and exercise
programming.
Adam Page is the owner and operator of Rush
Hour Personal Training. Adam is a Level 3 Personal
Trainer, which is the highest ranked qualification a
Trainer can receive from Fitness Australia. Adam
has over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer
and has a wealth of knowledge in respect to nutrition
and exercise prescription.
Rush Hour’s Online training program is flexible and created to suit your individual needs. It does not matter where
you live, what equipment you can or cannot access or even what foods you like or dislike. During this 12 week
program you will receive a tailored nutritional and fitness program that meets your specific needs.
For reassurance, guidance, advice and motivation you will be able to contact Adam or Pete at any time
throughout the 12 weeks. We know you want success and we will do everything we can to get you there!
